Summary: This MBA project centered around the implementation of a structured change management plan within a mid-sized healthcare organization following a significant merger. I diagnosed core problems related to leadership, communication, and organizational alignment. Then, I created a phased strategy to re-engage employees, improve communication, and foster cultural integration.
